Involvement of researchers in the transition to open science
Have (young) researchers provide feedback to the National Plan Open Science and contribute to the National Platform Open Science.
Maintain open dialogue with the entire research community for the further development and implementation of the ambitions set out in the National Plan Open Science. Articulate the wishes for support from the scientific community. Use best practices to illustrate what helps the researchers and lecturers at universities of applied sciences to carry out the research properly.

Progression of ambitions
The first national meeting on Open Science took place on 29 May 2017 in TU Delft's Aula Conference Centre. An account is included in the report with the results of the 'Researcher meeting: the National Plan and You'. The report includes presentations of plenary sessions, the speech by State Secretary Secretary Sander Dekker, statements and session reports on break-out sessions, and more besides.
